(255 products)

For over 60 years, Taco Marine has been a pillar of the boat-building industry, specializing in high-grade aluminum and stainless steel hardware. Known for their "Grand Slam" series, Taco is the definitive choice for sportfishing outriggers, rub rails, and specialized helm seating.

At Anchor Express, we offer the full catalog of Taco Marine products, from essential DIY rub rail kits to professional-grade offshore trolling systems.

1. Rub Rail Kits & Replacement

Taco Marine is the world’s leading supplier of rub rails to major boat builders. Their kits are designed for easy installation and "like-new" restoration.

  • SuproFlex Rub Rail: The 2026 standout for impact protection. It is ultra-flexible, requires no pre-heating, and follows the complex curves of modern hulls with ease.

  • Vinyl & Stainless Steel Kits: Available in rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible vinyl, often paired with a polished 316 stainless steel insert for a premium finish.

2. Sport Fishing (Grand Slam Series)

The Grand Slam line is the industry standard for top-mount outrigger systems, allowing anglers to "Troll the Edge" with one-handed operation from the safety of the deck.

  • Grand Slam 390: The pro-series favorite, featuring an ergonomic crank handle for both rotation and elevation.

  • Grand Slam 950: A specialized mount that combines an anchor/stern light with a mount for antennas or thermal cameras, keeping your T-top organized.

  • Carbon Fiber Outrigger Poles: Taco’s 2026 carbon fiber poles are lighter and stiffer than aluminum, reducing the "whip" and stress on your T-top while trolling in heavy seas.

3. Seating & Hardware

  • Helm Seats & Leaning Posts: From the Caladesi bucket seats to universal leaning posts, Taco focuses on ergonomic "anti-fatigue" designs for long days on the water.

  • ShadeFin®: A popular 2026 accessory that provides "shadow in seconds." It attaches to rod holders or T-tops to provide instant UV protection without the hassle of a traditional Bimini.

Installation Tip: Rub Rail "Dry Fit"

When installing a new rub rail kit, always perform a "dry fit" around the bow and corners. For vinyl inserts, soaking the insert in a tub of warm water (if not using SuproFlex) will make the material much more pliable and easier to "snap" into the track.
