Why Choose the GP1652 Over the GP1352?
The GP1652 provides roughly 20% more water volume than the Premium GP1352 model for nearly the same current draw (3.8A vs 3.6A). If your vessel has a shower or multiple sinks, the small price difference is well worth the upgrade to ensure consistent water temperature and pressure when someone else opens a tap elsewhere on the boat.
Installation Pro-Tip:
This pump should always be installed vertically at the bottom of the tank for the best performance. Since the GP1652 is an impeller-style pump, it must not be run dry, as this can lead to heat damage of the internal seals. If you are using it in a portable container, check your water levels regularly or install a low-level alarm.
