Installation Tip

Mount the SCU-31 at least 3 feet away from radar arrays or other transmitting antennas to avoid signal interference. If you are connecting this to a Standard Horizon GX1400, be aware that you may need to splice the wires directly into the radio's NMEA 0183 input/output wires rather than using a plug-and-play connector.
