⚠️ Critical Installation Guidelines
For a successful, permanent bond, follow these "Golden Rules":

Preparation is Key: The keel must be scuffed and cleaned with the provided pad to remove wax and contaminants.

Avoid Anti-Fouling Paint: The KeelGuard will not bond to copper-based bottom paint. It must be applied directly to the gelcoat.

Temperature Matters: For the best bond, install when the ambient temperature is between 18°C (65°F) and 38°C (100°F).

Stay Away from Rollers: Do not install the guard in a location where it will constantly rest on a trailer roller, as the pressure can eventually shear the adhesive.
