Why Choose the Edge Mount (ED) Version?

Most trim tab actuators mount to the center of the tab and require about 14 inches of vertical space on the transom. The Edge Mount connects further down the tab, allowing the actuator to sit much lower. If you have a low-profile transom or a swim platform that sits close to the waterline, the BOLT1212ED is often the only way to fit a full-sized 12" tab.

Installation Note:

This kit includes the tabs and actuators, but does not include a control switch. To complete the installation, you will need a Bennett BOLT-compatible switch, such as the OBT8000 (All-in-One Control) or the BOLTIC101 (Indication Control).
