I was about to buy this product but decided not to when I read "Maximum speed 10 MPH." in the product description. What does this mean- that you can only deploy a flag at or below 10 MPH? I live where wind gusts far exceed 10 MPH. Would be nice for the manufacturer to explain more clearly use of this product.
