Ordering this Safe-T-Alert alarm through Ancho Express was a very good experience. They were honest about there being a delay in the order, as the part wasn't in stock due to the manufacturer's backlog. It worried me a bit at first that perhaps Anchor Express was a bogus store front, but after talking with a very nice person on the phone from Anchor Express, she explained that the manufacturer builds the various models of these smoke/carbon monoxide/propane/whatever alarms in batches, and that Anchor Express was waiting on the manufacturer to build a batch of the alarm model that I had ordered. She said Safe-T-Alert alarm models are built in batches every two or three months. I placed my order the first week of November, and I received the alarm I ordered today, December 8th, almost exactly two months after placing the order. I highly recommend using Anchor Express to purchase your trailer/RV alarms. They are honest and diligent. Just make sure you check your alarm at the end of your on the road season, so that you won't be without an alarm, which is critical for your safety.
