Excellent customer service!

So, I received my toilet from Raritan in a giant box, just thrown in there with some brown paper. Some of the worst packing I've seen. Also, there was no toilet seat! I emailed Anchor almost a month after receiving it, as I hadn't had a chance to get out to the boat to install it. I hadn't even opened the box. They responded within a day or two, and Rose, with customer service, didn't even bat an eye. She contacted Raritan and informed me they would be sending the seat immediately. I received it in less than a week. Yes, it was an inconvenience that the toilet shipped without the seat, but that wasn't Anchor's fault, and they took care of the problem immediately, and without question. Thanks Anchor!

Manual Flush Marine toilet.

I have not had the opportunity to install as of 7/8/22 going to have to build a base . It sets to low for adults . Would work for good for infant .

The head was easy to install and was shipped quickly. Price was great!. My only suggestion would be to let purchasers choose between the included angled discharge fitting or a straight one. I needed a straight one and had to buy it separately. Also the rubber grip easily pulls loose from the aluminum flush handle.

Glad I went with Anchor Express/Raritan Marine Head is Great

I read some negative reviews and almost let them scare me off from and go with West Marine, but I am so glad I went with Anchor Express. I ordered the Raritan PH Superflush Marine Toilet for $274.99 on Thursday night and it arrived by 10am on Saturday, no problems at all. West had it for $329.99 so I figured not too much a price difference, until I realized that with the tax and delivery charges added from West, the difference would have been about $90. The quality of the product is great: arrived in perfect condition; made in US; easy to install; and both my 6 year old daughter and wife prefer using it to the old JABSCO model which was awkward and leaked.

The elongated head will be well received by the ladies. This item will be installed in the main cabin head and is expected to improve the experience of my wife and guests.
