This kit is primarily utilized to bridge the gap between Raymarine X-Series corepacks (such as the X-10, X-30, X-CAN, and X-SOL) and the ST70 Autopilot Control Head. By using the SeaTalkng protocol included in this kit, you ensure high-speed, accurate communication between your course computer and the helm station.

Implementation Tips

• Proper Termination: Always ensure both ends of the backbone have the blue terminators (A06031) installed; otherwise, the autopilot may report "No Pilot" or communication errors.

• Spur vs. Backbone: Remember that devices (like your control head) connect to the white ports of the T-piece via a spur cable, while the backbone cable connects to the blue ports.
