Installation Considerations

Due to the 30-inch width, it is vital to check for transom obstructions before drilling. These tabs must be mounted on a flat surface and should ideally be positioned at least 3" to 4" from the outer edge (chine) of the boat to maximize leverage and avoid turbulent water.
