Dear Sir or Madam:
We are contacting you because you are a customer of Adventure Ready Brands medical
kits, [Adventure Medical Kits, Easy Care Kits, and Ready 4 Kits]
This is to inform you that Adventure Ready Brands has been notified of a product recall
involving [Electrolyte Tablet, 4-Component Cold Tabs, or Coated Acetaminophen 500
mg Tablet], which is a component in the [Adventure Medical Kits, Easy Care Kits, and
Ready 4 Kits]. This recall has been initiated by ULTRAtab Laboratories, Inc. of Highland,
NY, the manufacturer of the tablets, because it identified a Fluid Bed Dryer exhaust system
breach that presents the possibility of cross-contamination of the [Electrolyte Tablet, 4-
Component Cold Tabs, or Coated Acetaminophen 500 mg Tablet] where the potential
contaminants are well known APIs at well below efficacious dose levels. Based on the
recall notification that we received from ULTRAtab, and a review of our information,
Adventure Ready Brands has determined that its sub-recall impacts the following item
